- Drag the edges of the ruler to resize it
- Manually update the size and position of the ruler from the toolbar to make precision changes
- Ctrl+click any element on the page to measure it’s size and position
- Navigate through parents, children and sibling elements of any measured element

I can’t see how to change the ruler’s color, and I can’t measure anything that is very similar to red
.
Maybe you can dynamically recolor the ruler based on what is in the selection, or you can simply have options for the ruler color?
